Gourmet Pretzels
Recipe
Melt caramel & candy melts. (I use a coffee mug, they work best).
Dip pretzel stick in caramel and then in chocolate.
Have nuts & crunches poured thick in 13" x 9" baking dish.
Put dipped pretzel in dish and spoon nuts/crunches over top completely.
You can put 4 or 5 pretzels in the baking dish at a time.
Put dish in fridge or freezer until candy is set.
Remove pretzels and place on parchment paper in a row.
Drizzle melted candy back and forth over pretzels.
Sprinkle with sugars or sprinkles.
Wrap in cellophane bags and tie with pretty ribbons.
Embellish with holiday rings. These make great gifts.
