Gourmet Pretzels

Recipe

  • Melt caramel & candy melts. (I use a coffee mug, they work best).

  • Dip pretzel stick in caramel and then in chocolate.

  • Have nuts & crunches poured thick in 13" x 9" baking dish.

  • Put dipped pretzel in dish and spoon nuts/crunches over top completely.

  • You can put 4 or 5 pretzels in the baking dish at a time.

  • Put dish in fridge or freezer until candy is set.

  • Remove pretzels and place on parchment paper in a row.

  • Drizzle melted candy back and forth over pretzels.

  • Sprinkle with sugars or sprinkles.

  • Wrap in cellophane bags and tie with pretty ribbons.

  • Embellish with holiday rings. These make great gifts.
