Use Hazelnut Bakery Emulsion in any of your baked goods such as recipes for cakes, muffins, cookies, sweet breads and frosting for a deliciously rich nutty flavor. Use it anywhere you would a baking extract and get more flavorful results!
1 teaspoon baking extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion
LorAnn Flavors are highly concentrated and designed to flavor just about any baked goods but best in candies or coatings! A little goes a long way as these flavors are three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavorings or extracts.

When substituting our flavors for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
Good for 24 months from manufacture date when stored in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
